What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support the company's goals and mission.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify talent needs and plan acquisition effectively.
- Maintain a strong talent network and establish relationships with external talent sources.
- Lead the employee selection and hiring process, ensuring that the most suitable candidates are hired.
- Implement effective and fair interview and assessment practices.
- Use data and metrics to measure success and improve talent management strategies.
- Provide regular reports on key indicators.
- Supervise projects and activities related to talent management.
- Manage the budget allocated to the talent department.
What You'll Bring:
- +10 years of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee retention
- Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Results-oriented and analytical skills
- C1 - Advanced: Proficient in the language, able to handle most situations, including professional contexts.
- Proven experience in technology companies, preferably in a B2B environment.
