🌟 Job Opportunity: Head of People Operations & Culture

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage all tasks within the sub-areas of Culture, Impact, and People Operations in the People department, providing relevant and agile frameworks and procedures to support effective business operations.
  • Provide leadership and oversee the performance of the Culture, Impact, and People Operations teams by setting clear work objectives, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and offering development and training.
  • Prepare and present monthly executive reports on the progress and impact of People initiatives in the sub-areas of Culture, Impact, and People Operations to the department's leadership, offering key insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of a collaborative and high-performance organizational culture by building the capacity of employees and the organization.
  • Design and lead strategies to strengthen the organizational culture, aligning with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Define and lead engagement initiatives to improve and/or maintain employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Optimize People department processes to maximize efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Establish and lead the operations strategy for the sub-areas of Culture, Impact, and People Operations to support operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Design and oversee the execution of short and long-term workforce planning strategies.
  • Manage the budget for the sub-areas of Culture, Impact, and People Operations, ensuring resource optimization.
  • Foster the growth of the People department, ensuring that all team members adopt and promote the Qualer culture.
  • Identify, analyze, and review emerging issues and trends in people and culture policies, review and interpret relevant research areas, and provide evidence-based recommendations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the company's departments to ensure that the organizational culture is reflected in all areas of the company.

What You'll Bring:

  • +5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources roles and People Management
  • Solid knowledge of best human resources practices and organizational culture management.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective human resources strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology companies, preferably in a B2B environment.
